Cait is a registered holistic nutritionist in Ottawa, Canada. She supports her clients to address unwanted symptoms by developing personalized food and lifestyle programs that utilize whole food recipes and functional approaches to healthy living.

Cait specializes in supporting clients with addressing symptoms of fatigue and low energy with a focus on optimizing the digestive process. Cait also supports those experiencing the following symptoms: anxiety, pain associated with inflammation, allergies, PMS, migraines, difficulty sleeping, weight management, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), food sensitivities, gas & bloating, recovery from injury, and more.

Cait is patient and has a calm, client-centred approach. She appreciates that everyone’s path to optimal health is unique.

Cait has an education background in communications. She began her career working in the non-profit sector, where she worked for 5 years as a personal support worker for an organization that supports adults with disabilities.

Cait ran as a sprinter for the University of Windsor varsity track and field team and continues to live an active lifestyle. She loves running (fast), yoga, meditation, and biking. She enjoys gardening in the city, working on farms, cooking, photography, picnics, the beach, and painting using water colors.
